The current major problems of water treatment process are still to enhance efficiency and to reduce consumption. The key to solve these problems is to promote mass transfer efficiency of water treatment process. Therefore, the author pay attention to transfer-reaction kinetics during exploring the new process model of efficient hydrolysis-acidogenosis. This paper at first systematically and deeply summarized the mass transfer mechanism of the process. The paper thought it over that swift flow theory and boundary layer theory are the core problems of water treatment mass transfer-reaction kinetics. On this basis, the author brought up the theories foundation of efficient hydrolysis-acidogenosis process: namely, the fluid is resulted in swift water and tiny whirlpool, then the organic matters are removed efficiently through whirpool and convection diffusing.For purpose of enhancing mass transfer in the reactor, the author improved hydrolysis-acidogenosis reactor through increasing reflus equipment. During the experiments, the author tried to change water power characteristic and to improve the term of mass transfer in the reactor to increase the reaction velocity through regulating reflux ratio and controlling water current speed.Through the spot comparative test, the paper demonstrated that the new technology can remove the organic matters efficiently in the shorter time when handled city sewage and possesses such advantages as contracting the reactor`s physical volume, reducing the infrastructure investment,alleviating organic loading rate of aerobic building, reducing ,saving the energy. It also proved true the reasonability and serviceability of the new mass transfer process mechanisms.The experiment borned biofilm on the fillers through aerobic measures to becoming good thread microorganism in the biofilm. The results demonstrate that this method increase significantly the start velocity of hydrolysis-acidogenosis reactor.The paper also studied the effect which the ethanol-type fermetation removed the organic matters through controlling such restrict factors as PH, ORP, etc. The experiment proved the ethanol-type fermentation has some advantages in increasing the removal of SCOD because producing quantities of air bubbles that adhere to the surface of the biofilms reduce contract area of rection.The new sewage disposal technology given by this paper will make great pushing influence on the current hard state of sewage disposal field in china. Therefore, it is a meaningful work not only with theoretical benefits, but also with environmental benefits, economic benefits, and social benefits.
