Membrane bioreactor(MBR) is a newly prompt developed technique in resent years. It is combined with the bio-treatment and membrane filter.It's advantage is the higher MLSS, higher rate of taking off pollute, no SS, litte product of MLSS, higher capability of nitration, convenient management and easily achieving automation. MBR has apllied succeedly in mid-flume wastewater, wastewater of excrement and urine and industrial wastewater, more and more applied in weak degradability wastewater continuously.Antibiotic is the widest-used bio-pharmaceutical in the world, and it is made of grain in the technology of ferment through the behavior of microbe's living, then through filter and refine. It's production will produce large amount of wastewater, which is higher COD concentration, higher SO42-concentration, chromaticity colour, taste, weak biodegradability and toxicity.The outcome of the submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR) treating the antibiotic wastewater is reported in this thesis. Our result is summarized as follows:1.In the manual wastewater experiment, the performance data for removing COD and NHa-N were obtained. PH is 8.0.temperature is 30℃,DO is2~3mg/L.2. In the antibiotic wastewater experiment, at the loads of 1.1kgCOD/m3 . d, at temperature 30℃, DO 2.5mg/L, PH 8.0, in the way of 2.5h aerobic time and 1.5h anoxemia time, effluent quality is very good. It comes up to the class I of the national standard for wastewater discharge.3. The experiment showed that HNO2 was accumulated when temperature > 30℃, DO < 1.0mg/L, PH >8.0,the high load of NH3-N is benefit to accumulate HNO2.4. In motion, if not ejecting mud, MLSS is the linear relation of the value of capacity loads, which is MLSS=3146.6X+3710.7. Membrane flux has the index relation of MLSS. The membrane module in MBR has a little function in cutting large-molecule organic matter. In thid esperiment, the removal rate of large-molecule organic matter is 27.3%.The device of treating antibiotics wastewater by MBR has been introductory established, and some experiment has been done in this thesis, so established the base for the next search.
