High efficiency exploiting gas field and protecting reservoir in the product process is a developing direction nowadays. Basing on a lot of information in references and the study results of scholars, the factors of producing process which may injure the reservoir in the gas field was analyzed in this paper. The optimal method of rationing production for YULING gas field was brought forward by considering the factors of pressure sensitivity, cranny spouting sand, gas well carried liquid, Non-Darcy Flow and the age of steady production in the producing process.The physics and math model was found using flow data of rock core in the lab and the data of well testing in locale pressure resuming, equal time correcting as well as a spot method. The quantity index and the optimal method of rationing production was offered for single well in YULIN gas field. The basic parameters of new material balance model combining single well with region were defined in this paper. A) the producing gas equation was found basing on the locale pressure resuming, equal time correcting and a spot method. B) the control reserves was fixed on the data of well testing in pressure resuming. C) the supply coefficients in any conditions were confirmed. The prediction result was more credibility by the confirming method of new model parameters. The age of steady production first type well YU44-9, the second type well YU44-8and the third type well YU44-11 in the south region of YULIN gas field was predicted about ten years by new material balance model combining single well with region. The multifactor rationing production model was reasonable for gas well in gas reservoir engineering and can meet the need of gas field exploiting.As a result, The multifactor rationing production for YULIN gas field can avoid using 1/4~1/7 experiential expedite flux these days and reduce the damage of reservoir in producing process and the effect of production capability on gas well. The steady and high efficient production for gas well was obtained by reasonable rationing production. The new material balance model combining single well with region which included heterogeneous of gas reservoir and the factors of affecting production can predict gas well dynamic production more reasonable. This study is very important for development in YULIN gas field.
