The dissertation is composed of two parts: chapter 1st to 3rd and chapter 4th to 5th. The former refers to the synthesis of dimethoxymethlsilane functional monomer and its derivative silane coupling reagents, and the latter to the synthesis of a novel non-depedent analgesic drug-Z-3-dimethyloctyl)-2-hydroxyphenyl]cyclohexanol. First part of the dissertationSilane coupling reagents play a vital role in the development of advanced composites by improving material properties. Dimethoxymethlsilane is an important one of them. At the same time, it can react with olefins to synthesize lots of new silane with carbon functional groups. The part of the dissertation has a brief introduction about them and gives synthetic methods of them. The main content lists as following: Chapter 1stSilane coupling reagents, have their special characteristics and therefore have found wide application in many areas.As the essential way to prepare them, hydrosilation reaction should be catalysed by catalyst. A brief introduction of catalytic mechanism was given in the part. Chapter 2ndDimethoxymethlsilane was synthesized by alcoholysis methods. Three methods of processing HC1 in the reaction were introducted. The affecting factors for the yield of alcoholysis, such as reaction temperature. reaction time. adding method of CH3OH. the ratio of mol of reactants, were studied. Comparing with the known methods , the synthetic method is more convenient and has a higher yield and less cost. Chapter 3rdThe silanes with Si-H reacted with olefins under catalysts to synthesize the silane with carbon functional group. Catalystic activity of fourcatalysts to different reaction, were studied. The part also studied the other affecting factors, such as the solvent reaction time and temperature. Second part of the dissertationThe study of analgesic drug is a active field at home and abroad all along. By extracting from nature products or synthesizing, the study to find the compounds with powerful analgesic potency but without addiction is recognited all through. One of the important method to synthesize novel analgesic drug is giving chemical decoration to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the primary compoment of cannabis. The paper summarized it, at the same time, designed and synthesized a compound with powerful analgesic potency but without addiction , whose configuration is similar to cannabis. The main content lists as following: Chapter 4thThe characteristics, studying status at the present time and studying foreground of novel analgesic drug were summarized. The paper also gave the introduction of cannabis and its ache-adjusted effect and mechanism. Chapter 5thA novel non-depedent analgesic drug Z-3-[4-(l, l-dimethyloctyl)-2-hydroxyphenyljcyclohexanol was synthesized, whose configuration is similar to cannabis, and three synthetic routes of it were studied. All the intermediates and target compound were identified by IR, 'HNMR and MS.
