On Realization Of The NC Machine Tools Humanized Design Technology In ICAID System

This thesis is finished on the foundation of the "Tenth five-year" National Science and Technology Project-Research on Internet-based NC (numeric control) Machine Tools Form Design and Humanized Interface Technologies and Implementations Based on the Knowledge of Design an Knowledge of User. This thesis focuses on the problems about humanized design of NC machine tools and the actualization form of humanized design technologies in ICAID system.This thesis analyzes the definition of humanized design and human factors, and discusses the humanized design ideology, and also discusses the characteristic of NC machine tools humanized design. This provides a way for the study.Based on research of the human-machine system, this thesis has an in-depth analysis on the correlation factors in the NC machine tools humanized design, such as human beings, machines and environment, etc. This thesis researches the relationship between human beings and NC machine tools design from the aspects of physical level, cognitive level and sensibility level. And this thesis analyzes the factors such as characteristic of human, mental models, image of form and colors, etc.Based on technology of articulated anthropometric scale models, this thesis analyzes the dimensions of human beings in the NC machine tools design. And then this thesis makes a work study of the process of operating NC machine tools.Finally, this thesis provides new technologies of NC machine tools for ICAID system . These new technologies include technologies of two dimensions and of three dimensions. These also give humanized technical assistance to the system and the user of the system.
