Oribatida is rainitype arthropod in the soil, and it is sensitive direction biology about soil environment diversification, do use it to bioindicate soil contaminated.The texts took Brasilobates spinosus Fujita (Oribatida) as pattern biology, did some experiments about their collection and enlage cultivation, then the mites were dealed with Phoxim by an acute toxicity test,and simulated the infection of Phoxim pescitide on soil creatures in the laboratory, so at last we discussed the feasibility whether some biology indexs about B. spinosus Fujita were used to inspect soil pescitide pollution as biomarkers.we achieved our anticipative purpose.We collected B. spinosus Fujita (Oribatida) from the area without contamination by Tullg--ern.Their enlage cultivation has not been reported up to the present, so we did some experi--ments on this facet, then had some phase productions, the key of their enlage cultivation is their actual living environment in accurate emulation and control their food habits, the culti--vated B. spinosus Fujita can survive about 30 days, but they die continuously after 30 days. It elucidated that the relevant links in the center had the esse problems, so we should continu--ously grobe the qualification of the experimentation; the acute toxicologic experimentation of B. spinosus Fujita was adopted two time segments, The datum of LCso in 4Sh and 96h were analysed, then their numerical values are 13.33m and 7.60 mill. We could find from the test results that the LCso value of B. spinosus Fujita is comparatively higher, and their enduring medicine is relatively stronger. It may be the reasons that make B. spinosus Fujita acts predominance biology in the soil. We also fould that B. spinosus Fujita has obvious behavior toxicities in the course of experimentation,and they include fencing with the effects of Phoxim,the capability of propagation reduced ,and so on.so these behavior toxicities can be used to measure pesticide contaminated in the soil as behavior biomarkers.The experimentation about the effects on the dynamic magnitude of B.spinosus Fujita with Phoxim was adopted three time segments (10d 20d - 30d), and we simulated these in the laboratory, at last the test results displaied that the living magnitude of B. spinosus Fujita assumed apparent downtrend with the concentration of Phoxim increased and the prolonging of time, so we can use the dynamic magnitude of B. spinosus Fujita to measure pesticide4contaminated in the soil as macroscopical biomarkers.The guidelines of molecule ecotoxicology about B. spinosus Fujita applied in pesticide pollution of the soil were experimented two segments (48A and 96/z), and we mensurated the livingness about six kinds of enzyme (AChE, ATPase, GSTs, GPx, SOD, CAT) with the concentration of Phoxim. We researched these changing trends and discussed the feasibility as these guidelines measure pesticide contaminated in the soil, we could find the follow things from these results, the livingness as AChE> ATPase, GSTs about B. spinosus Fujita can be used to measure pesticide contaminated in the soil as better biomarkers; Antioxidant Defense(GPx, SOD, CAT) about B. spinosus Fujita can be used to measure pesticide contaminated in the soil as good biomarkers in some definite conditions,but their effects are a little defferen--ce compared with the former, and some questions about these should continue researching hi the future. After we analysed the results of these enzyme we could find that AChE, ATPase behave apparently restraining domino effect, and GSTs, GPx, SOD, CAT have inducing results.After we researched the different responses of B. spinosus Fujita with the effect of Phoxim pescitide in the facets of action magnitud, biochemistry ,and so on,we can find thatB. spinosus Fujita are good indicaters,and they can be used to measure pesticide contaminat-- ed in the soil.The innovations of the researchs are the follows: the enlage cultivation and the molecule ecotoxicology of B. spinosus Fujita have not been repo...
