The outgrowth in water of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, which was studied by the academein liquefying coal in Shanxi, was separated in this dissertation .It is a problem solved urgentlyto gain the varieties of the organic material from the outgrowth in water of Fischer-Tropschsynthesis with the exploitation of technology in liquefying coal to synthesize oil andindustrialization. The fruit of this dissertation is significant to environment and economicprocess. Firstly the feature of the outgrowth in water of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was analyzedand conformation of the overall flow separating the outgrowth was put forward. Secondly thepart of flow was simulated with simulation software, aspen plus, to direct to set up andoperate the distillation columns. Optimal operating parameter was obtained by adjustingoperating parameters of distillation columns in a lot of experiments. At last, reliability of themodel was proved by means of comparing the results of experiments and those of thesimulations and was used in designing and directing production. Experiments and simulations of three columns completed are as follows. (1)The topsample of the cut column of mixed acids fraction is the mixture of ketone﹑aldehyde andalcohol. The bottom sample is the mixture of acids and water. The column is 27 theory stagesand feed stage is 14. Operating parameters are reflux rate 1.5; flow rate is 5.9ml/min and D/F is7.83%. (2)The top sample of acetaldehyde column is 98% acetaldehyde production. Thebottom sample is the mixture of ketone and alcohol. The column is 35 theory stages and feedstage is 14. Operating parameters are reflux rate 2.5; flow rate is 3.0 ml/min and D/F is 17.35%. (3) The top sample of the cut column of methanol and ethanol fraction is the mixture ofacetone and methanol. The bottom sample is the mixture of alcohol. The column is 46 theorystages and feed stage is 23. Operating parameters are reflux rate 11; flow rate is 3.0 ml/min andD/F is 33.0%. NRTL model is the optimal model in the simulation of three distillation columns.
