Shape Memory Alloy(SMA) is a kind of materials has Shape Memory Effect(SME), can be widely used in the area of aviation, electronics, architecture, medical treatment etc. Tahoing Complex Connection can greatly hence the connectted strength. However, the time that SMA brings shape memory effect is much shorter than that of adhesive curing. Therefore, it is necessary that the curing time of adhesive to be shortened. This research is important for both theoretical and practice purposes.In this paper, basing on raw materials are Epoxy Resins, Polysulfone(PSF), Dicyandiamide(Dicy) powder, Diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS),metal oxides and other fillings, the excellent latent epoxy resin adhesive was prepared.Influences of PSF, F-44 resin and asbestos treated with acid on the viscidity, heat resistance and adhesive strength were investigated. Influences of metal oxides on the adhesion technics and strength were also studied. Moreover, it is discussed that metal powder affects to the performance of adhesive viscidity and diathermancy.In order to shorten the curing time of adhesive, a curing accelerator was synthesized. It was found that the curing time of adhesive reduced to four minutes from one hour when added the curing accelerator. In addition, effect of accelerator on adhesive strength was studied.In conclusion, an optimized direction for producing adhesive, which is used to Tahoing complex connection, was obtained. Moreover, the characters of adhesive were studied under the conditions of wet weather, acid and alkali, water, air kerosene. It is showed that the adhesive can be cured in less than four minutes at 200℃ and can be suitable to many environment conditions. The new adhesive can be stored at least six months under normal temperature. Therefore, it has already been used in Tahoing complex connection.
