Study Of The Preparation, Performance And Application Of Model-Gypsum

Many porcelain industries continues to use gypsum module , but gypsum module also has many shortcomings, such as: low intension, bad water resistence, bad water absorbing, bad wearability resistence and denudation resistence , low surface rigidity. So the use times of gypsum module is not as long as to meet the need of moulding technicas. For example, as to sanitation utensile, the use times is sixty to eighty normally, at best only one hundred.In this study, relative theory such as the influence of admixture on modle gypsum, the influence of different gypsum and different states of gypsum on modle gypum, the influence of finess of gypum on modle gypsum is systemically analyzed. Taking the special requirment of porcelain industries to modle gypsum into account, a lot of admixtures suca as retarder, water reducers, water maintenance, waterproof and filling are used, through comparing the influence of them on the important indexs of gypsum , it is to find the better percentage of better admixtures and fillingand to presume the influence mechanism, the important indexs of gypsum are fluxion, strength, water resistence, wearability resistence and percentage of expansion.Through comparing the influence of different gypsum and different states of gypsum and finess of gypum on modle gypsum, it is to find the better percentage of different gypsum and different states of gypsum and find better range of the finess of gypsum. At last, the crystal morphology makes us known the influence of each factor on the modle gypsum. The action mechanism is a very complex problems and worth to be discussed deeply, and the moledecular structure of resultant and the theory of chemical reaction need to be further investiged.Gypsum moulded that maded by a gypsum and (3 gypsum is at large used in other countries, but our county still use 3 gypsum and the indexs of gypsum are very low. In this study, gypsum used in gypsum moulde is studied so as to study further the influence of a gypsum and plaster, a gypsum and desulphurization gypsum , raw gypsum and gpsum and anhydrite with gypsum on modle gypsum. All conclusions are developmental to the development of porcelain industry.
