The productive technique of M91 supper alloy are developed. It concludes the choose of composition of alloys, the optimization of melting process parameters, the refining of alloy and the control of impurities, and the heat treatment technology are also studied. Anymore, a new kind of refinement agent—Cobaltous Aluminate is prepared. We have applicated the refinement agent to produce the investment casting of VTR/C series turbine blade under the help of casting-infiltration, the grain size in the casting was changed from 2—3mm to 0.4—0.8mm. The plasticity properties in middle temperature of the products are improved and meet the design standard overall.
