The Three-Gorges project had been known to most people in the world for a long time, which is a specially large and multicenturied critical water hinge conservancy and has large-scale economical benefit for shipping, preventing flood, generating electricity and so on. It's also significant to the economy construction of China. In the meanwhile, the Three-Gorges reservoir will influence deeply the structure and function of its zoology environment. Because of the seasonal change of its water level, A special zone named the water-level-fluctuating zone will be generated along the two sides of the river in the Three-Gorges reservoir. But this zone won't form stable zoology community because of the seasonal and long inundation and the much change in water level. It's worse that the water eutrophication pollution and its change might happen in this zone which bring much pressure to the environment and the economical development of the Three-Gorges zone. Therefore, it's the first task to harness generally the lost of the water and soil and the water eutrophication pollution of the water-level-fluctuating, to utilize reasonably the soil resources, to build compound and sustainable development zoology system and to develop the agriculture economy of this zone. It was analyzed that the Vertiver as a excellent environmental protecting plant would be applied widely in the zoology rebuilding of the water-level-fluctuating of the Three-Gorges. An executive project to rebuild this zone was put forward in this paper. It was considered that it has real practical value to using Vetiver zoology engineering technology to father and restore the Three-Gorges reservoir water-lever-fluctuating zone subsystem and this technology can reinforce the geologic structure of the riverside and harness various pollution and provide enough, continual and very low-cost green energy sources raw and processed materials for huge country in the area in some degree.Because of the severity of the water eutrophication pollution along the water-level-fluctuating of the Three Gorges, it's very necessary to predict the water eutrophication pollution in this zone. The different eutrophication dynamics model is useful in different area because of the different water environment and different climate condition. These models have so many parameters and many parameters adopt experiential values which bring much uncertainty to the forecast. By considering the trait of the artery and anabranch of the Three-Gorges reservoir and analyzing the environmental elements influencing the growth of the algae, we improved on thenutrition dynamic model of the algae's growth, carried on computer numerical value simulating on the evolvement process of the eutrophication of the Wujiang River, the Hanjiang River and the Three Gorges reservoir by cell mapping algorithm and revealed the dynamics action and mutation forms in the process of the valleys' algae blooms and the relationship between the major elements influencing the algae's growth and the model surge function. It's considered that the algae blooms control function in the algae's growth dynamics model is influenced mostly by the water temperature, sun illumination, water flow speed and the concentration of the nutriment in water. A function including the four elements was built. By using cell mapping algorithm and contacting with the practical water condition of the Wujiang river and the Hanjiang river we analyzed and computed the algae blooms in the two areas and found the result was very near to the practical result. And we found that the ascend of water temperature and the descend of the water flow speed will contribute to the growth of algae and the nutriment is the substance basis of the algae blooms but not the only element. It must be under the condition of condign water temperature, enough sun illumination, slow water flow and abundant nutriment that algae blooms may break out unexpectedly.
