Presently, lots of domestic and oversea research has been carried out on nanosized titanium dioxide catalysts. Some progresses have been made, such as how nanosized titanium dioxide photocatalyst cleaning atmosphere's major polluting matters, and cleaning organisms which were difficult to be degraded under common conditions in contaminated water. Foreign armies have invested much money in nanosized photocatalystic research field and also gained great achievements; While ours is at a primary stage about the studying of nanosized photocatalystic degradation function on chemical warfare agents. The antisepsis powder that we currently used has disadvantages such as second pollution, eroding and easy lapse. All these are waiting for further studying. In this thesis, the following steps have been carried out.1,Preparation and charactization of ultra-fine nano-titania powders: Sol-gel reaction systems have been studied in some extent based on plenty of experiments. Ultra-fine nano-titania powders were prepared by sol-gel method. They were characterized by TEM, et al. 2,Studies on photocatalytic degradation of organophosphorous pesticides: The TiO2 photocatalysts loaded on the carrier of glass spring with the dip-coating technique were developed, and the photocatalystic degradation of organophosphorous pesticides by loaded TiO2 on glass spring and TiO2 nanometer powder was also studied respectively in this paper. It is shown that loaded TiO2 on glass spring has some characters such as easy applying, good dealing results, low investing cost, etc. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of P25/20 slurry was also discussed and prospects for it's applications in chemical defense field, especially in chemical warfare agents antisepsis.3,Studies on photocatalytic degradation of sulfur mustard: Nanosized titanium dioxide particles were used to photocatalyze sulfur mustard. HNMR methods and GC-MS methods were used to detect the residual sulfur mustard. It was shown that nanosized titanium dioxide particles possess distinctive photocatalytic degradation effects to sulfur mustard. So semi-photocatalystic technology has wide prospect in chemical warfare agents antisepsis field.4,Primary studies on the nanosized TiO2 ointment's prophylactic function on sulfur mustard induced cutaneous lesion in rabbits: New Zealand rabbits were used as animal model and hurt surface morphologic and histopathology were observed. The observing including: (1) The prophylactic function of ointment, which contain L-cysteine,polyamamonia-polysaccharid and TiO2 on sulfur mustard, induced cutaneous lesion; (2) Sulphadiazine Silver ointment's antiinfecting function on sulfur mustard induced cutaneous lesion during antifecting period; (3) Wipe off scab ointment's antipruritic and ease pain functions in hurt surface recovering period.
