| Chlorine dioxide is an unstable oxidant, it used abroadly. Chlorine dioxide is almost the best disinfectant and fibre decolourant, it also have good application in food industry. Chlorine dioxide is very unstable ,so it must be used after be making out, then ,the productions manyly are stable Chlorine dioxide,it must be activated when been using.Currently stable Chlorine dioxide products are mostly packed in duality. Acid activating catalyst have to be used in the procedure of use to activate them. They are not only low-content, complex to be opperated, high-causticity, slow-activation, and high demanded for operators but also low-efficient in activation ( only account for 40-50% ).As a result, about 50-60% percent Chlorine dioxide can not be used and wasted because of not being activated. Consequently the singnificantly increased using density makes the disinfection cost going up . This inhibited the spread of Chlorine dioxide products.To solve this problem, by a series of experiments we choosed the components of the solid Chlorine dioxide, investigated the interaction effect between the elements by tests. Based on this, an element composition were screened out with high activating rate, high Chlorine dioxide purity and fast activating speed. Then the proper coposition of the composite passivating reagent is determined. The application of passivating processing technology slove this difficult problem.To further imrove the content of effective elements, organic polymer (Acrylate and methyl-acrylate copalymers, Polyvinyl pyrrolidone) was introduced as the dressing . The precursor composition of Chlorine dioxide is micro-capsulizing processed to become uniform via adjusting the density and temprature of the dressing emulsion. At this point, the effective isolation from the other elements and the stabily of the precursor are achieved .Hence a brandnew producing procedure is determined.
