Using aluminiurn silicate_composing catalyst, pyrrole is, under an atmosphere of crater vapor, prepared from furan and ammonia by intra-annular heteroatomic substitution reaction.As for the preparation of aluminium si Iicate_composing catalyst, the effect of various technical parameters, including the pH value in si I ica_gelating, gel at ing time, aluminium content by wt%, calcining temperature, and promoter action on the catalytic performances, was observed. As the experimental result shown, a catalyst, which perform better activity and selectivity than others, was obstained under the following preparative conditions: pH value range 2. 5~3. 2, gelating time-5+0. 1h, aluminium content 10%~25wt%, calc in i ng temperature 600 +1#. Furthermore, add ing Cadmium ox ide i n a mi nor amount as a promoter has also improved the catalytic performances.For the substitutive reaction, the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, I iquid hourly space velocity, and reactant molar ration, were examined. As indicated, the optimal theoretical yield 89.2%, conversion 90.2%, selectivity 98.7% is accomplished with reaction temperature being 420?癈, mol ar rat io being 1: 8: 37(C4H40: NH3: H20), and the I iquid hour ly space ve loc ity of furan be ing 0. 20h'1.All experimental data were determi ned by GC (gas chromatograph ic) ; and the catalyst structures were demonstrated by XRD as an amorphous phase.
