| Water is lifeline of economy development and society progress in the country and the important matter based on industry going on development. Because water polluted take the water hard up, industry and agriculture production and life face crisis to get water. Therefore, deep treating the second grade treated wastewater, reusing it in industry production has great significance for increasing the reusing percent and realizing wastewater resource idealization .The wastewater mainly comes from papermaking, banknote printing, bullion smelting and the sewage in the CBPC (Chengdu Banknote Printing corporation). Relative to industrial standard of reuse water, the water- quality of the wastewater treated in the Sewage-treatment Center of CBPC is on the high side mostly in CODcr, BOD5 and NH4+-N, so that the waste- water cannot be reused. Therefore, the CBPC had set up medium-sized tester, and researched on technology of wastewater reuse.Relative to water- quality standard, the wastewater treated in the Sewage-treatment Center is tiny-polluted. Considering thecomplication of engineering investment and running charge etc, the CBPC had chose treatment technology that the aerobic biological bacteria oxidation process was main body, the aerobic biological bacteria oxidation process has many advantages, such as high activated biological, big bulk loading, low power expended , small glebe inhabited etc. The CBPC had set up 6m3/h pilot plant system and researched on its applicability.Through various changing in technical running parameter of water-magnitude and aeration-magnitude in this experiment it had felt about and summed up best technical running parameter and applicability for treatment -water about every treatment cell, and running charge of system. The results showed: when flux was 6m3/h and aeration-magnitude was 12m3/h, when CODcr, BOD5, NH4+-N, T-rigidity, Permanganate in the influent was 80.9mg/L, 22.9 mg/L, 2.22 mg/L, 167.6 mg/L,16.9 mg/L respectively, the removal turbidity was 80.85 mg/L, 95.33 mg/L, 90.86 mg/L, 62.51 mg/L, 83.13 mg/L respectively, the water- quality of the wastewater in the effluent had achieved the earth's surface water standard . The result of this work showed: the combination technology was completely doable in the wastewater reuse in CBPC, and it could offer credible technical scheme and parameter for the wastewater from banknote paper making reuse engineering. |
