| A graft (FHB-1) with high active group has been synthesized through cyanuric chloride react with 4-(β -sulfatoethylsulfongl) aniline and 2,5-disulfo aniline. The reaction temperature and pH of each step have been ascertained. Finally, the optimal reaction condition of FHB-1 graft with cotton fabric has been ascertained.The capability of fabric was analyzed with IR, SEM, TG and so on. The influence of various parameters on the dye technical of grafted / un-grafted fabric with reactive dyes such as temperature, basicity, concertraction of electrolyte and dye were investigated.The IR of FHB-1 shows: librate apex of s-triazine is 1500 cm-1, the S=O2 absorb apex of β-sulfatoethylsulfonyl are 1141, 1234, 1291 cm-1, the absorb apex of sulfo group are 1085, 1050 cm-1, which superpose with S=O2 at 1234 cm-1.The optimal graft condition of fabric is: grafting concentration is 6% (owf), Na2CO3 concentration is 2g/L (owf). pH is 11, liquor ratio is 1:15, react for about 40min at 60℃ . The TG of grafted fabric shows: the original split temperature of grafted fabric drops from 261.75℃ to 238.65℃ . The most split temperature drops from 372.13℃ to 348.17℃ . Weightlwssness ratio of mostly split section drops from77.715 % to 56.794%. The main split process has been changed.The IR of grafted fabric shows: the apex at 3446 cm"1 is broaden for the pile up of apes of-NH. The absorb apex of s-triazine is 1664 cm"1, the absorb apex of benzene are 1569 cm-1 1486cm-1, the character apex of hydrogen bone of hydroxyl in fibrin disappear are 1440 cm-1 559 cm-1, the character apex of sulfone is 1336 cm-1, the absorb apex of sulfo group is 1232 cm-1.The SEM shows: the fabric became stronger after grafted. Some accumulate substance of graft deposit in the surface of fabric as the concentration of graft mcrease. The IR of fabric washed with standard method shows: the graft conjunct with fabric with covalent bond.The grafted fabric dyed with Megafix B-3BF shows: the absorb rate and Dye-uptake increase notability as the reactivity of the fabric react with dye increased.A optimal dyeing process was established: basicity is 2g/L, concentration of electrolyte is 20g/L, graft at 40. Compared with traditional process, this technical showed lower dye temperature, higher dye fastness and lower dye consuming. It decreases the consume of basis and electrolyte, not only the waste water produced decreased, the disposed spend also decreased, thereby the cost decreased. |
