Research On Key Technologies Of Measure And Control System In Paper Basis Weight And Moisture

Paper is not only the very important consumable, but also the important raw material in our daily life.With the improvement of the social produce level and people living standard of substance and culture, the demanding of output and quality of paper production is at a high pitch.For the sake of the increasing output and quality of paper production,people are adopting new technics and equipment of paper making ,enlarging paper machine dimensions,and enhancing the speed of paper machine. As energy intensity and industry pollution in the world compel increasingly plasm and paper making industry ,the wholly paper making process is becoming more and more complexity, the computer autocontrol system will exert important effect in the process of paper production.The basis weight and moisture of paper is the most important quality guideline, strictly control of them is turn into the important mark in paper produce . The researchs on the paper basis weight and moisture measure control system is based on wholly studying the correlation document of native and outer country .The theory and technology of measuring principle of basis weight and moisture ,uncoupling control of them,the serial communication and measure control software and so on are in-depth investigation.(1) This thesis has analysed the key technology of the characteristic of the control object , basis weight sensor and moisture sensor and high precision basis weight valve. measure on basis weight and moisture are discussed.We put forword the structure of measure and control system.(2) This thesis has studied the transfer function model of the process of basis weight and moisture , steps response curve is used to confirm the parameter of transfer function .deepness and vehicle speed affects the process of the weight and moisture is anaysed.at last we analyse the coupling of weight and moisture,static state uncoupling method is used to uncouple control.(3)This thesis has brought forward using the principle of fuzzy control principle to design basis weight and moisture fuzzy uncoupling control implement,moreover we indraught adjust gene and rule of automatism updating method and so on,and realize the basis weight and moisture automatism fuzzy uncoupling control.(4)We analyse serial communication of up computer and down computer, CserialPortEx which is a serial communication class is designed, communication between up computer and down computer is realized.(5) We have designed up computer measure controle software using MFC based the software exploitation environment of Visual C++ 6.0 Object_Oriented ,and realized real time pick,deal with and display of basis weight and moisture data,and realized the basis weight and moisture automatism fuzzy uncoupling control.
