The cancer remedy by radioactive nuclide labeled McAb is hot and important in the radioactive pharmaceutical researches, and shows good social efficiency and research values except for economic efficiency.This thesis consists of 7 parts:(1)A review about the project. (2) The background of the iodine-labelled monoclone antibody Hepama-1. (3)The procedure optimization of Hepama-1. z(4)The programmed-streamline design of Hepama-1. (5) The economic prediction and evalution of programmed procedure plant of the radioactive pharmaceutical. (6)Results and discussion. (7)Conclusion.The current development of radioactive nuclide labelled McAb was reviewed firstly in the thesis, and the remained problems were pointed out. An optimized procedure for the iodine-labelled Hepama-1 was obtained after experiments following the idea of industrial engineering management and optimization. On the basis of these experiments, preliminary design of the radioactive pharmaceutical plant applying computer intergration manufacturing system was proven to be effective. This project was economically predicted and evalnated at last. This thesis is an' on-going project with much practicablity and pestinence. Good results have been achieved in the clinic pharmaceutical production using the optimized procedure. The project gives some guarantee for succeeding of clinic experiment, and has brought some economic benefits for our company. This programmed radioactive pharmaceutical plant is now under construction and good economic and social efficiency will be produced whereafter.
