The dilute sulfuric acid (77~83%) is produced by the production of carbinol methane-chlorides project. The amount of it is about 3500~4000t., and is sold cheaply. To increase the industrial value of dilute sulfuric acid, this article give it out that the production of feed-grade dicalcium phosphate is the better way, and the following work was done in this article.1. The feasibility of DCP production from the dilute sulfuric acid is discussed sufficiently, and the conclusion is affirmatory.2. The influence of reaction time, neutralization PH, the amount of sulfuric acid and adding lime-milk rate on the quality is also discussed.3. 10kt/a DCP device is designed according to the purpose of the DCP production schematic diagram, and the flowchart, device ichnography of it were also drawn.4. The desiccation material and quantity of heat calculation were done. The main equipments of this workshop were determined.5. A new dust collector cyclone was designed according to the product characteristic.6. The project equipment was chosen, and the equipment schedule was also made.
