Shuichang iron mine is a large magnetic iron ore, which is one of important iron mine base station of the capital steel corporation. In recent years, with the excavation of mine, landslide occurs seriously in north region of Shuichang iron mine. If reinforcement measures are not taken, this will endanger safety in production of the whole iron mine. Therefore, study on landslide and reinforcement design is very important.This paper studies the Shuichang iron mine landslide. According to the research on geology condition, this paper studies basic features and reasons about the landslide. The result indicates that weathering of rock mass is the primary cause of landslide. Furthermore, the numerical simulation experiments about landslide are performed by using the Fast lagrangian Analysis of Continua. Based on the experiments, contrast analysis is made between stable slope and weathered slope. At the same time, the numerical simulation experiments about cut slope are performed, the result indicates that cut slope should be reinforced in time to prevent rock from weathering.On the basis of the above, this paper studies sensitivity of parameter by using orthogonal experiments, taking internal friction angle, cohesive strength and bulk density as experiment factors, and taking safety coefficient of slope as experiment target .In experiments, simplified Bishop, accurate Janbu and Sarma are adopted to calculate safety coefficient, and range analysis, trend analysis and variance analysis are adopted to study sensitivity of parameter.Finally, reinforcement design for the cut slope is worked out, and by using the Fast lagrangian Analysis of Continua, the orthogonal numerical simulation experiments are performed. Influences of anchor wire parameters to the effect of slope reinforcement have been discussed. The paper proposes optimal parameters of anchor wire. The result is proved to be rational by analyzing the stability of reinforced slope, which is useful to the design of slope reinforcement.
