The pyrolysis oil is main product from pyrogenating used tires , its calorific value is 40181 J g-1, not only have calorific value equal to diesel oil ,but also contain much chemical materials with higher economic worth ,for example, Straight chain alkane , alkene , benzene , toluene , xylene and limonene, etc., all of them are very good industrial chemicals resource. Another, It is a kind of high-quality fuel, but there is one kind of odor that make person's stench difficult to accept, Thus influencing people's use, It is necessary to deodorize in order to adapt market. But the oil close mouthful flash point have only 19.2℃ , thus very easy to produce danger ,If it want to be used as fuel oil, It must remove the light component part in order to raise its flash point to guarantee the security. If valuable organic raw materials could be separated from light component part, The first point is that it can improve flash point of pyrolysis oil and make it become a kind of more high-quality fuel oil; The second aspect is that this resource can be utilized effectively, at the same time improve the value of the old and useless tire. This paper mainly locates in these aspects to study pyrolysis oil tentatively.Main content of this paper include that dealing with pyrolysis oil by acid rinse deodorize and going on a series of fractional distillation operation . Choosing some different acid to pickle pyrolysis oil ,We can get a result about the deodorize performance of some different acid and the change of calorific value after deodorizing; Then choosing different density acid to treat with pyrolysis oil , We can also reach a conclusion that the deodorize performance of some different density acid and the loss situation of pyrolysis oil treated by a series of acid. At the last step, We confirm the acid and its consumption used to solve pyrolysis oil.Because the complexity and mutual boiling existence of pyrolysis oil, It bring out much difficult to separate and purify pyrolysis oil. In this paper, we have got distribution range of some main component toluene , dimethylbenzene ,etc. and preliminary data of the their content after fractional distillation , confirm their highest content fraction range through cross experiment and enrich them, in addition ,purifythe lemonene, because the separating result distilled directly is not good , so distillate them after adding mutual boiling material. Then adopt GC/MS to analysis each fraction qualitatively and quantitatively , investigate the distribution situation that the main material in different temperature range.Thus make the toluene,xylene and lemonene get the maximum enrichment.
