With the development of science, the impact of Biochemical Engineering is more and moreimportant in national economy, especially in some new fields of Biochemical Engineering such asbiology preparation. Process control, operation management and optimal production become veryimportant content of this field.This paper is based on the National agricultural production translating project——the newmicroorganism silage auto-control system design of middling production. It makes use of finelactobacillus and microzyme blended by proportion and adds activator to prepare newmicroorganism silage. The main aim is to control the ferment process of microzyme and primarilyto control the DO parameter which has an important effect on ferment process of microzyme. Weadopt the way of predictive control aiming to DO basing on a lot of consulting of correlativereferences. In predictive control it always adopts modeling way——support vector machinewhich is more advanced than neural network to gain the rather accurate model and uses GA tofind the optimal value of DO at different time. At the end of this paper it puts forward the idea todesign the DO controller. The predictive control of DO parameter is not on—line in microzyme ferment process. Itselects DO as the parameter to optimize, utilizing simulation to improve the feasibility andvalidity of this method. The results show that adopting predictive control could get better controlresults.
