Lightly contaminative wastewater is normally discarded withouttreatment in China's petrochemical enterprise. The quantity of thiswastewater is so large that in some factory it reaches to severalhundreds even several thousands stere metre. Micro film filtering pluspartial anti-infiltrating technique was introduced in this paper to treatthis wastewater and satisfactory results were obtained. Three micro filtering membrane subassembly, with a diameter of160mm,a height of 1740mm, were used in the experiment. Packedinside with hollow fiber of an outside diameter 1mm and insidediameter 0.6mm, the subassembly surface was 42 ㎡,aperture 0.2μm. Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF), as a kind of highly resistingcontamination material, was used as membrane. Water is penetratefrom outside of the hollow fiber to the membrane. The tests resultsshowed that it is possible to introduce this subassembly in thetreatment and recycling use of the wastewater in petrochemicalenterprise. In this experiment and the production of two months, thiscontinual micro filtering system (CMF)decreased apparently theturbid degree, with a stabilization of lower than 0.5NTU, and theremove rate of COD was up to 40%-70%, some extent of ammoniaand nitrogen was wiped off. Under a lower salinity, the treated waterfrom this continual micro filtering system can meet needs of generalcirculating water. Installed next to the biochemical treatment system, the continualmicro filtering system (CMF)dealt with the disposed water from thebiochemical treatment system. During the experiment, the CMF ransteadily, with a large amount of treated water, a strong insistingpollution ability, an effective remove of bacterium, bacillus andsuspension.
