Fish is the main economical resouse. It sets up the aquatic ecological system with theaquatic organisms and the surroundings. Fish makes a significient effection on the energymoving, circl of material and ecological balance in the system. It also has effected the aquaticproductivity and the improvement of economical benefits. However, manual heat energyreleasing to water has effection on the aquatic system during the several tens of years. Thepower plant is the main releaser. Then there are some effections on fish which include thecells and the species. That has been paid more attention by the learners of the world. So wetry to study the effetion of higher temperature on the enzyme activity in fish by the manuallaboratorial conditions intending to provide the basis for the wild study. This experiment has studied the effect of temperatures rising on the activities of AchE inencephalon, GPT, Cat and GOT in serum, liver and pancreas, and kidney in Carasslus auratus.The fostering temperature is 24+0.5℃. The series of temperatures under the object which isdealt with 28℃,31℃,34℃,37℃, and five male and five female fish was acclimated fortwenty-four hours or one hour by every temperature. The result shows that there is noremarkable relationship between the temperature increasing and the change of GPT activitiesin liver and pancreas, kidney and serum. With the temperature increasing, the GOTactivities in pancreas is decreasing, while which in serum is increasing.The GOT activities inkidney under different temperatures are much different. The activities of Cat in liver andpancreas, and kidney in Carasslus auratus are remarkable increasing at 28℃,while theactivities of it present various decrease by the higher temperature. However, the variety of Catactivity in serum is reverse. The activity of AchE in encephalon appears remarkabledecreasing at 28℃and 31℃, and it also can return back by the higher temperature. So GOT in serum, liver, pancreas, and kidney, AchE in encephalon and Cat in liver andpancreas, and kidney in Carasslus auratus also can be used as the sensitive index whosetissues and cells are intimidated or damnified by high temperature. whether the results fit toCarassius auratus, Cyprinus carpio, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and the other wild fish ,that needs more research. This article also advised that the we should consider the forsteringtemperature, the time and intensty of temperature increasing, and the sex, when we use GOTas the the heat contamination index. And when we use Cat, we can not consider it.
