As a kind of macromolecule material, polyimide has marked thermal stability, excellent mechanical strength, electrical conductivity and solvent-resistance properties, and there are many ways to prepared polyimide. Therefore, they are being used in many fields such as avigation, electric, machine and micro-electronics.PI film is one of the earliest PI products. PI film is the most excellent organic films in thermal stability. PI film has outstanding electric properties, radiation- resistance properties and inflammation-resistance properties. PI film has many important functions in aviation, electron and information industry.However, the preparation of PI has many difficulties, for example, the polymerization process, at present, the two steps polymerization adopt the polar solvent with high boiling point, these solvent should be vaporized at high temperature, which reduce the produce efficiency. On the other hand, the preparation of PI films requires high process technique, which improve the cost of process. So, the applications of PI materials were confined.Our purpose are as follows: First, preparation modified polyimide-polyaryletherketone polyimide. Second, preparation many polyaryletherketone polyimides, we can test and analyze their properties, 9X last we can conclude the relations of their chemical structure and properties.In this paper, we designed and synthesized two kinds of diamine monomer, 4, 4'-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzophenone and 4, 4'-bis(4-aminophenoxy)diphenyl methane. The diamine monomer prepared was condensed with anhydride to prepare polyimides. And adopted a series of aromatic diamine monomers and anhydride monomers to prepare several polyarylether polyimides. Besides, we test and analyze their viscosity, transparent properties, solution properties, mechanical properties, thermal stability, dynamic mechanical properties, etc. And got the conclusion of the relations of their chemical structure and properties. In addition, we prepared two terpolymers using three monomers, and found the terpolymer had more excellent comprehension properties compared with two monomer polymers.
