Photorefractive material is a new optical-function material. It has been used in many fields. It is a tendency to get all the functional parts into a molecule. The full-functional can improve the capability of the material. Because of the great progress of nano-materials and category limit of organic photo-charge generator, we try to graft the inorganic generator on our double-functional molecule via a organic-inorganic complex method.The thesis consists of three parts:(4) To design a non-lining optical molecule by charge transport model. To prepare polyvinyl p-nitrobenzene azocarbazole by an azo coupling reaction. To character it by UV-VIS, IR. The experiment results prove that the reaction rate will enhance as the increase of the reaction time and the solubility.(2) To dope the nano-parties into the substrate in two different ways and use UV-VIS, IR, PL, Element analysis, Tern, DSC to analyze the structure of the material. PPJ-CdS was obtained via an ion exchange method. The structure of PPJ-CdS was characterized. The average size of the CdS nano-particle is 10nm.(3) Do the research about the process of the film preparation and the influence to the capability of the film under different conditions. To measure the SHG of the film through Maker striation method and to measure the two beam coupling through 2BC method. The experiment results prove that the suitable film with proper thickness could be prepared by multi-layer coating. The film prepared by chemical method appears more 2BC coefficient.
