Based on the structured light measurement principle, this thesis proposes a new micro 3D measurement system utilizing the merits of flexible, bendable, and long distance signal transmission of the fiber image bundle. The structured light is projected out from a DLP projector. Passing through a fiber image bundle and the telecentricity modules at its both ends, the integrated probe could measure the object from any angle. Comparing with other existed micro-3D measurement systems of fixed measuring stand, this system has more flexibility in the orientation request, and yields to wider applications, thus long distance and lumen measurement would be possible.In order to minimize the random error of our system and promote it's resolution, I optimized the structure parameters of the measurement probe, obtained the results and laws. Also a special arithmetic was used to reduce the noises of the images.The author has set up the whole system with which many different objects have been measured, reconstructed their 3D profiles and obtained their actual size. The feasibility of the system has been testified.
