The leakage accidents in pipelines transportation not only cause great loss of material, but also are likely to cause corrosion leaks in the future at the same time. If we don't find the leak place in the pipelines in time, it easily occurs to the tragedy accidents of the fire, the blast and the environment pollution. Consequently, in order to guarantee the pipelines work safely and minimize the losses caused by leakage accidents, it is necessary to study leakage detection technology to promote the sensitivity of detection and accuracy of localization.This text designs a acoustic leak detection system which should systematic to leak hunting acoustic wave law, negative pressure wave method and flow balanced law combine together, leak hunting law as the main fact with the acoustic wave, shoulder the wave law of the negative pressure and balanced method of flow in order to complement, and is suitable for the crude oil and collect and lose the leaking and measuring of the pipeline and crude petroleum long-distance pipeline. The wrong report rate is low. It has not failed to report, and monitors the temperature of the crude petroleum pipeline in real time, such operation state parameters as flow, the pressure, the sound wave, etc.This text analyses acoustic wave change of spread speed along the hot oil transport pipeline; Adopting GPS which unifies pieces of the end systematic time, both ends of data collecting system so that catch acoustic wave reach pieces of last line two short time difference accurate to come; Using the wireless broadcasting station and carrying on data transmission; Having developed the sonar pre-amplifier; Designing a set of distributed principal and subordinate of the real-time monitor system of pipeline leakage long ,and the end both ends in pipeline places sonar sensor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor , flow meter, UA301 separately.The key technology of this text is to draw and analysed the acoustic wave signal in the pipeline, and realize and letout the putting forward of analytic approach of the signal in drawing the systematic software and hardware. Because the wave type of leaking of the acoustic wave utilizes the fluid while managing to act as with the low frequency under 5Hz the medium isconveyed, measuied and has be already sinked down by various kinds of noises then by the sonar receiver, this paper applys the sonar pre-amplifier to amplify it and amplify the low frequency filtering signal step by step in accordance with the micro-mirror character in wavelet transform. Then, apply correlation method to locate the leakage spot. We have put this technology into effect and benefit from the technology.
