In recent years, The study of ordered porous materials exhibiting a narrow pore size distribution regularly stacking in three (or two)-dimensional fashion is a frontier of materials science and technology since it is both fundamental and technological significance. Especially, mesoporous materials are expected to show potential values in many fields such as adsorption, catalysis, optics, nano-technology, electronics, magnetics and chemical sensors because they have a readily tunable pore size in a wide range, high surface area and thermal stability, and become one of the research focuses of numerous fields.A thermally stable mesostructured aluminophosphate was synthesized by using neutral long-chain n-alkylamine as template, H3PO4 as P source and Al(OPri)3 as Al source in alcoholic system with a small amount of water. In view of the fact that the wall of mesostructed molecular sieves is thicker due to the assembly of hydrogen bond and inorganic chemicals, we use neutral long-chain n-alkylamine as template. It can improve the stability of molecular sieves. The effect of synthesis conditions on the mesoporous materials products was investigated based on the synthesis of mesoporus AlPO4 molecular sieves. The research demonstrated that a small amount of water plays an important role in the formation of mesoporous phases. The water, which exists in the solvent, can accelerate the development of mesoporous phases. Different of surfactants in length also can lead to the different pore size of molecular sieves, so we can synthesize the particular molecular sieve using the exact surfactants. We investigated the effects of product on different concentration of surfactants. At the same time, we also reviewed the application of NaF as mineralier on the process of molecular sieves synthesis. On the success of synthesis of mesoporous AlPO4 molecular sieves, the effects of different types of post-synthetic thermal treatments on the structure and stability of mesoporous molecular sieves. Some relative researches for the removal of surfactant in the chunnel of molecular sieves were investigated. The stability of molecular sieves has important significance for the carrier of catalyst and other applications. So we also investigated the thermal stability, hydrothermal stability of molecular sieves and the stability of molecular sieves in different solvent. These experiments can provide the fundamental data for the practical application in the future. The researches were preceded mainly by synthesis and characterizations. Characterizations were divided into chemistry characterizations and physics characterizations. We analysed the components of the molecular sieves products by chemistry characterizations. Physics characterizations need the instruments such as XRD, FT-IR, SEM, BET etc. We cleared about the structure of molecular sieves, mesoporous phases, the order, appearance, and surface area etc. by using theses instruments. All these experiments can provide us indispensable data for improving stability of molecular sieves and removing the surfactant molecular.
