| With the increasingly exhausting of easily leachable gold ores, refractory gold ores have attracted extensive attention around the world. In china, the resource of refractory gold ores containing high arsenic is very abundant and extensively distributed. Therefore, it is practically meaninglful to explore better use of refractory gold ores at the present and in the future of China. The most important thing of developing this type of mineral is the choice and application of pretreatment method. This will directly relate to leach rate of gold, cost, environmental protection etc.The microwave heat have characteristics that no need get in touch with the body heated, is the whole and selective, is small losing of energy etc. It present vastly applied foreground in pretreatment of refractory gold ores, is a kind of new technique of pretreatment.This thesis use the rich refractory ores with high arsenic of Guangxi as the research object, adopting the household-use microwave oven, and adding the appropriate additive to mineral, then proceeding the experiments of the microwave pretreatment with cyanide leaching, obtaining some good results. The main research results are as follows:1 .Gypsum and white marble can be goodly adapted to sulfide-mine which is heated by microwave, are ideal heating container.2.The microwave pretreatment can promote availably the gold leaching , after treatment, the gold become leach easy, the most top theory leach rate is 97.03%.3.Additives can improvement microwave pretreatment results evidently, because they can lower power of microwave, shortening pretreatment time, increasing leach rate etc.Among them, NaOH is the most important additive, if it mix with KMnO4, they will more benefits to the microwave pretreatment results.The studying results have important meaning to handle the flotation gold concentrate right on the spot, has important reference to other refractory gold ores.
