Study On The Start-up And Working Characteristics Of Anoxic/oxic Process Treating The Municipal Sewage Which Gives Priority To Industrial Wastewater

The study on the start-up and working characteristics of anoxic/oxic process treating the municipal sewage which gives priority to difficult bio-degradable pharmacy industrial wastewater and dyeing industrial wastewater was done that paid attention to the practicing application. The conclusions were arrived:1. During the course of start-up of anoxic/oxic process, the VSS of anoxic and oxic sludge increased from 1.0g/L and 0.5g/L to,4.0g/L and 7.5g/L correspondingly after five phases (about 85d) acclimation and cultivation. And at the beginning ,the SVI of aerobic sludge increased, then with the time went on, it began to decrease and in the end, the value of SVI was maintained between 50 to 80. The SVI of anaerobic sludge decreased gradually and was about 30-50 at last. The dehydrogenase activity of anaerobic and aerobic sludge increased from 22.45ugTF/(gVSS-h) and 15.6 ugTF/(gVSS-h) to 39.11 ugTF/(gVSS-h) and 37.16 ugTF/(gVSS-h) correspondingly in the end of the acclimation for five phases.
