In recent years, many pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives have possessing a wide spectrum of biological activities, which can be used in medicine and pesticide fields. Pyrazolopyrimidine skeleton, which has 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 positions, can be changed different substitute to change its bioactivities. In order to find highly biological activities compounds, 5 series, 35 new pyrazoleo[l,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized. The biological activities of these compounds were examined and the results showed that some of them had fungicidal, herbicidal or plant-growth regulating activities.Aminopyrazole and enaminone are two important and versatile building blocks for the synthesis of a number of heterocyclic compounds, especially for the synthesis of pyrazolo[l,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives. In this paper, we synthesized the title compounds (1-5) based on the ring closure of 5-amino-1H-pyrazoles with enaminones.More recently, microwave irradiation has broken new grounds in synthetic organic chemistry, not only in terms of the reduction of reaction time, but also simplicity of reaction procedures.
