Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) was employed to estimate dynamic mechanical properites of NR, S-SBR composites reinforced by CB, silica and short fiber, study the effects of reinforced materials' kinds and contents on dynamic mechanical properties of NR and S-SBR composites, related physical mechanical properies were investigated also.To Carbon black (CB) (N234, N330, N660) reinforced NR and S-SBR, physical mechanical properies of NR, especially S-SBR were improved evidently by the adding of CB, thereinto, the general properties of vulcanizates reinforced N330 were better. DMA estimating results revealed that tan δmax of vulcanizates reduced along with the content of CB increased or the diameter of CB decreased, but tan δ at 70℃ increased.Experiments results revealed that physical mechanical properies of NR, S-SBR were improved evidently by the adding of silica ( Z125, Z1165MP, Z195), thereinto, the general physical mechanical properties of vulcanizates reinforced Z 1165MP were better. The gape expanding abilities of NR was improved by adding silica, however, S-SBR's was controled greatly. Experiments results revealed that with the silica content increasing, tan δmax of vulcanizates minished, tan δ at 0℃ and 70 ℃ increased, E' of NR vulcanizates increased also, and E' of S-SBR vulcanizates changed little. Thereinto, NR filled Z1165 and S-SBR filled Z195 had better dynamic mechanical properties. With similar CTAB, contrast with N234, NR and S-SBR filled Z125 had lower tan 6 both at 0℃ and 70℃, and had smaller E' when the temperature was below 25 ℃ but bigger E' when it beyond 25℃.To short fiber-rubber composite (SFRC) system, experiment results revealed that after CB was replaced partly by silica, short fiber which in the parallel direction...
