(Resources and Environment College of Shandong Agricultural University)Abstract:Bioremediation techniques of oil contaminated soil has been th-e hotspot in environment protection field. Abuscular mycorrhizal can eff-ectively degradate and biotransformate organic environmental pollutants,th-erefore, mycorrhiza-accreted plants can be used as a suitable carrier forbioremediation of oil contaminated soil. This thesis choose Gudong oil ar-ea in Dongying as sampling site, arbuscuar mycorrhizal fungus as studyaim.Through inductive and pure culture for soil samples sampled from d-ifferent representative oil well and plants rhizosphere, then identificatedand classificated AMF species. So we studied the distribution of AMFand the effect of different factors on AMF spore density.Choose corn an-d alfalfa as hostplants respectively , choose AMF as inoculum which w-ere screened out from Gudong oil contaminated soils, through three-compartment cultural divice or pot experiment respectively , the effect ofAM on oil degradation and plant growth in crude oil contaminated soilwere investigated. So to present theory foundation for the use of AMF inbioremediation of oil contaminated soil. The major results as follows:1,Eight species of two genus of AMF were found in crude oil cont-aminated soil of Gudong oil area in Dongying. The eight species were:G.ambisporum,G.etunicatum,G.geosporum,G.intraradices ,G.mosseae;A.rugosa,A.scrobiculata,A.tuberculata. Among these G.mosseae and A.t-uberculata were dominant species, they had well adapted to oil contami-nated soil due to their dominant status. G.geosporum and G.intraradiceswere familiar species 。2,Analysis the relation between AMF spore density and soil nutrition, saltand oil concentration, hostplant, the result presents, the higher nutritionlevel, the more AMF spore number;with soil salt or oil content increasing AMFspore density reduced;AMF spore number parasitic in different hostplants...
