This paper studied the mechanical property of HDPE/m-LLPE obtained by Dynamic Packing Injection Moulding (DPIM) in two different shearing fields based on quantitative experiments and large amount of documents. The main work and conclusions are as follows:1. Improved the equipment of dynamic stress field generator, the experiments of the researches have been carried out successfully with it.2. In the low shearing field, when the content of m-LLDPE is less than 20%, the tensile stress of the dynamic blends in flow and transverse directions have been reached between 30MPa and 50MPa, break elongation 200%. The wide gap of the impact strength in the two directions has been decreased. It is concluded that the integrating property of HDPE/m-LLDPE blends is higher than HDPE both obtained in low shearing field.3. Research factors such as packing mode, content of m-LLDPE, packing pressure influent on the structure, morphology and mechanical properties of HDPE/m-LLDPE blends.4. In the high shearing field, the properties of tensile and impact parallel to shear direction are higher than that of HDPE offered by the same dynamicprocessing parameters, which means HDPE and m-LLDPE can mutually promote crystallization.5. By the use of DSC SEM and other test method, it is proved that the shish-kebab and interlocking shish-kebab morphology in the sheared layer of the dynamic samples results in the enhancement of tensile stress.
