Experiments for microsilica densification were carried out by using SFB spout-fluid bed. This new technology is important both for environmental pollution control for the microsilica production and spout-fluid bed supplication.Based on intensively retrieving mass of published articles, theoretics analysis and experiments results , SFB spout-fluid bed model for the system were provided. Under the condition of pressured air, factors on the densification of microsilica such as flue charactics, particle size ,operating pressure, were investicated,which sets base for the technical application on industry in the future . Conclusions as bellows were obtained:. The results show that microsilica can be effectively denisified by using of SFB spout-fluid bed. SFB spout-fluid bed model based on mechanism can be used in this system, if it was modified . It's effective to control microsilica pollution with pressured air .Effective operating parameters were gainedas . operating pressure: 0.4MPa, denisified intervals: 4h, which promote the industrialization of this recovering process.
