In this article the author try to find out the way of developing ABS/PVC anti-flaming alloy which is adding PVC and other flame retardants to ABS. The main purpose is studying how the PVC add amount effects the properties of ABS, ABS/PVC compatilizer effects compatibility, flame relardanis effects its anti-flaming property and the others. The results show that in the scope of adding amount in this study, adding PVC can increase the impact strength, stress strength and anti-flaming property of ABS; compatilizer can increase the impact strength of ABS/PVC effectively; flame retardants ZR can greatly increase the anti-flaming property of ABS but certainly decrease the mechanical properties of ABS. Regarding above mentioned comprehensive factors, the ABS/PVC anti-flaming alloy which can meet anti-flaming UL94FV-0 grade with other excellent properties is developed and will be applied to industrial productivity and market.
