The sludge of the urban sewage treatment plant is the waste produced in the urbanization process, it is a problem that must be solved as soon as possible that the treatment of these waste of city is handled . At present,the disposal and recycle of sludge mainly centers around handfill,cineration and composition in our country.These is it handle way store a series of problems in to deal with. So, opening up a new way of the reutilization of Municipal Sewage sludge seems particularly important. It shows that the main chemical composition of sludge of the FuZhou Yangli sewage treatment plant is similar to the one of clay raw materials .This has offered favorable basis for the reutilization of municipal sewage sludge. Consider synthetically, sewage sludge,MinQing kaolin,MinQing Black clay and chromium slag are chosen to be the raw materials of the ceramsite . The best prescription of the ceramsite have been confirmed through the Uniform Design test method,namely kaolin: sewage sludge : Black clay: Chromium slag =52:26:15:7 .Studying on the burning craft parameter by orthogonal test design method,author also draws the best burning craft parameters,namely Dry temperature: 120 degrees Centigrade, dry time: 2h; pre-burn temperature:500 degrees Centigrade, time of pre-burning: 30min; It is 1255 degrees Centigrade to burning temperature , lower the temperature to burn 5min evenly to 1235 degrees Centigrade after burning 15min. In laboratory, author has successfully produced high-quality ceramsite with the best prescription and craft burning craft parameters.Its tube strength is 4.9Mpa,pile density is 676kg/m3 and its absorption of water is 2.6% only.Compared with other ceramsite it has some advantages .Using the sintered ceramsite in laboratory,the experiment has successfully compounded lightwerght aggregate concrete with properties of compressive strength more than CL30,dry apparent density less than 1700kg/m3.It can be applied to industrial or civil building. Compared with ordinary concrete its Structure quality lightens by 25% .The result indicates that this lightweight aggregate concrete can be applied widely.
