With the development of numerical simulation, the visualization of the numerical simulation results become more and more importance. To develop CFD business software, not only the physical and chemical models for numerical simulation must be similitude with the results of reality, but also the results of numerical simulation must be intuitionistic and simple. Otherwise, it is difficult to find regularity form the object of the numerical simulation. In addition it is difference between the results of numerical simulation and the practice applications, therefore it is importance to analyse and conclude the results of numerical simulation.This thesis consists of three parts: Research and development of computer auxiliary test platform for precalciner, research and development of optimization design platform for precalciner, Research and development of the reliability analyse platform for precalciner.Computer auxiliary test platform for Precalciner: The Computer Auxiliary Test Platform for Precalcineri is divided into fore-treatment, calculating –process, final treatment. Fore-treatment is responsible for mesh formation, calculating –process is responsible with numerical simulation, final treatment is responsible for visualization result. Through the research and development of computer auxiliary test platform for precalciner, this thesis solve two key problems of CFD software development:1) Uniform software development platform: Integrating software development platform through mixed coding of Visual C++, Fortran, OpenGL. 2) Visualization of the numerical simulation results: Implementing visualization of vector field, scalar field, grain field through much research, It is proved to be a practical method for the visualization of the numerical simulation results.Optimization design platform for precalciner: Setting up model with manual nerve network, and then, seeking optimum design with heredity arithmetic. It is convenient to optimize design through optimization design platform.Reliability analyse platform for precalciner: Processing variance analysis, significance test, optimum work condition and variation radius with orthogonal design, which supplies reliability analyse to optimization design platform for precalciner.
