The jointing of electron beam is one of the key technology adopted in the space industry and the maching of the rigid enginei n atomic industry. The development of the modern space technology require the quality of jointing better. It is necessary to realize the automatization and intelligentize in the process of jointing. The jointing of electron beam in the vacuum colligate the virtue of the electron beam maching and jointing in the vacuum, it uses the scanning electron beam that is dispersed as the heat fountain, and in the vacuum heats up the part of the hardware that is to be sealed. The key of the technology of the The jointing of electron beam includes two aspacts, the first is to improve the equlity of the temperature field that is heating, the second is to control the rising and dropping of the temperature of the jointing surface in the process of the jointing. Thus the Real-time examination and control of the joint temperatue is the most elementary task in the process of the jointing technology. The jointing workers in and outside of our country have developed the research in the examining of the jointing temperature, but there is a few difference between the study and the application, and so the real-time examining problem in the jointing temperature field has been one of the problem that is must be solved as early as possible in the field of the jointing technology.This thesis discribes the principle of the jointing of electron beam and some examining methods of the temperature field, and on the base of that introduces measurement principle of the real-time examining system of the jointing temperature field with electron beam, the whole structure of the system and the function of software. It puts emphasis on the principle and the function of the CCD vidicon in the applicationg of the jointing of electron beam, the selecting of the method of examining temperature and the composing of the software, in addition it analyzes and discusses several important factors influencing the temperature examination and the way to induce the errors. Many experiments are done to improve the function of the system and data of the experiments are analyzed and satisfying results are got. There is one characteristic in this system that it apply the function with the gathering card to the programming and so it reduces the developing period, improves the flexibility and reliability of the software to; the system doesn't use the formula of temperature in the temperature field examining as usual but it compute the temperature after getting the model through gathering and processing of the data. and get better results.
