The shaft furnace pelletizing is the important material of steel industry, at present, thesteel industrial requirement can't be satisfied with the manufacture actuality, so, theautomatization alteration is stared in the face. The uniform and steady gas is the foundationof evaluating pelletizing quality. Thereby, the control for gas manufacture is crucial. The thesis analyzes the architecture and the new headway of distributed control systemand CAN bus, integrating with the actuality of the production process. Then, an opendistributed control system based on CAN bus for the whole factory is constructed, whichsolves the problem of long-distance, high-speed communication. And the intelligent controlof the gas workshop section is realized. At first, aimed at the characteristics of nonlinearity,hysteresis, time change of the gas stove, the time system identification for a gas stove ismade by using a modified Elman dynamic recursion neural network, the dynamic model isset up. Secondly, this thesis studies the method for realizing the automation of coal gasproduction. Hierarchically intelligent control is used to implement integer control of gasstoves, thereinto, expert control is used to allocate and coordinate tasks. Fuzzy-PIDcontroller is designed to control a single gas pressure boost machine. At last, the gassubsystem based on RS-485 bus is designed and implemented, combined with thedistributing of the field head devices. After implementing the control methods byprogramming and running in practical, the application shows that these two projects canimprove the control performance in evidence, the robust and self-tuning capabilities arealso satisfied. Since the control system puts into production, there is better melioration ongas quality and gas output. The real course in Daye Iron-ore Pelletizing Plant indicates that the system project andthe control algorithm are feasible and effective.
