One important character accompanied with modern chemical industry is automation. Automation is a basic requirment that we need to make production be safe and effective. With developing of the chemical industry and automation technology, the problem of chemical instruments corrosion has gradually changed to be more serious. How to solve the problems of chemical instruments has been a important task that automation engineers must face to .This paper refered a great number of references and actual experiences to give us the detailed materials that can work well in variety environment. Discribed how to use isolating equipments to improve the anti-corrosion performance. About the control valve, apart from the anti-corrosion materials, how to choose the correct construction to suit the producing environment is a real problem, this paper can tell you the answer. To engineering, what we most interested is the corrosion rate. This paper discussed the way that we can use mathematical model to get a corrosion rate equation in order to predict the corrosion condition. In a defined condition, we can use the test numbers to get a corrosion rate equation, then, we can predict that the instruments working in the same conditions have long or short working period and determine the time we need to change or fix the instruments.In a word, this paper discussed the common ways of chemical instruments anti-corrosion and made use of mathematical model that we can use to set a equation of corrosion rate to predict the working situation of chemical instruments.
