| Paper industry is an important industry relating to the national economy development and social civilization. The level of paper making equipment plays a pivotal role in the development of the paper industry. Twin screw grinder is a latest machine of grinder machine. It has characteristics of simpler structure, higher refining, higher efficiency, lower cost, less water-use and lower pollution etc, and causes the wide value.Twin screw grinder is a co-rotating twin screw meshed. Driving system is one key of it, and it needs big torque and endures biggish shaft power. But because of the confining or restricting distance of center, the design and manufacture of the gears, shafts and bearings etc, become more difficult.This paper focuses on the study of the driving system about twin screw grinder. Firstly, based on the researching achievements both in home and abroad, the current situation and future development trend of the mechanical are presented. By analyzing the different kinds of driving system in use and integrating the current research and considering the design condition, a kind of the driving system of twin screw grinder is put forward as a proper project for the mechanical design. The feasibility analysis for the proposed project is completed. Secondly, the structure design is done, and 3D modeling, virtual design of the parts, virtual assemble and interference of the wheel box are completed by using Unigraphics NX 2.0. Besides, based on the required capability of the wheel box, a mathematic module for the transfer wheels optimal design as the function of minimum distance of center is proposed, the design variable and restrain conditions are determined, and by solving the optimal model by MATLAB, the optimal parameters of the transfer wheels are obtained. Finally, the finite element analysis for the IT shaft of the driving system is fulfilled by using ANSYS 8.0 and the stresses and deformations curves of the Î shaft are obtained. The paper else gives a study on few underprops and a reasonable project about few underprops is obtained.The paper plays an important role in the design of the driving system of twin screw grinder and is a reference on design and study of the congener mechanics. |
