From the isobutane alkylation with butene at the presence of acidic catalyst, alkylate is the ideal blend composition of gasoline.H2SO4 and HF used as catalysts in alkylation process bring serious environmental pollution,it is helpful to develop environment friendly solid acid catalyst. The zeolite beta used in this study was synthesized hydrothormally from the corresponding aluminosililate gels.Tethraethylammonium bromide (TEABr) and tertaethylammonium hydroxid(TEAOH) were used respectively as the organic templates,silica gel was the silica sorrce and sodium aluminate was the aluminum source.The effect factors in synthesis proless and product property were investigate.The pttimized gel composition was obtained.The structral characterization and measurement of acidic property were carried out by XRD,ICP,IR,SEM and NH3-TPD.All above indicate that the TEAOH has more advantages than TEABr as template,such as easier operation,purer products,better recarring property and better catalytic characterization. Hβ molecular sieve solid acid catalyst loaded with rare earth metal (YbHβ) were synthesized by hydrothermal process.The struetral characterization and measurement of acidic proper were characterized by XRD,IR and NH3-TPD.The catalytic property or isobutane-butene alkylation of the solid acid prepared by hydrothermal proless was compared with that prepared by impregnation (Yb2O3/Hβ).The results shows that the order of catalytic activity is YbHβ> Yb2O3/Hβ> Hβ.The C8 yield of YbHβis obviously higher thah that of Yb2O3/Hβ and Hβ. Mesoporous materials have received increasiry attertion for their high BET surface area and regular pore system.In this paper,we try to synthesizezeolite beta nanofibre precursor using electrospinning method.
