Study On Comprehensive Fire-Fighting Technique Against Fire In Ciyaobao No.2 Experimental Coalmine

Fully mechanized long wall top coal (FMLWTC) work face is firstly employed in Ciyaobao technique innovation mine, which improved efficiency and benefit remarkablly. Nevertheless, due to the coal seam is near to ground, and there are several additional laneways for increasing rate of minable coal, air flow in the gob becomes larger, which makes the spontaneous combustion propensity more easier. Thus fire preventing and fighting becomes very important for safety production of the testing FMLWTC workface.According to experimental study on self-ignition property of Ciyaobao coal sample, index gases for spontaneous combustion are studied, with which extent of spontaneous combustion can be forcasted by mornitoring gas composition. Multi-funcitonal composite gel fire-fighting system is designed and set up, which can realize injecting slurry, silicate gel, composite gel and colloidal gel. Through measuring air flow resistance in the coalmine, air leakage passage is determined. Based on knowledge of air leakage passage, pressure balance fire fighting and preventing scheme is designed with wind gate and ventilator. Counter measures to extinguish emergency fire is put out both technically and administratively. Comprehensive schemes to extinguish fire in beginning of workface, useless old laneway, and the end of the workface are map out. These techniques and schemes are employed successfully to extinguish or prevent fire zones in Ciyaobao coalmine. The study is very important for prevent fire from influencing safety production of FMLWTC workface in Ciyaobao coamline.
