Coal/PE blends are synthesized to make degradable films by three kinds of coal (Tongchuan coal, Huayingshan coal and Shenfu coal), photosensitizer (XUS) and two kinds of polymer matrix(LLDPE,HDPE),then these films are compared by experiment of accelerated degradation indoors,natural insolation and field earthing。Experimented films are analyzed by mechanical performance,moleculer weight,chemical constitution,thermal performance。Speciality of photocatalysis degradation is studied on hyper-leptos coal filling polyethylene。During accelerated degradation indoors,Tongchuan coal and Huayingshan coal lower tensile strength of PE,and Shenfu coal strengthens tensile strength,but all lower elongation at break。According to retention of elongation at break,complete degradation time of Tongchuan and Huayingshan coal is 48-72 hours,but that of Shenfu coal comes within oxidation induction period and decay period all along during 120 hours。Addition of coal promotes degradation of PE,and more is no favor of degradation indoors and natural insolation but field earthing。Thermal performance of PE is enhanced by coal,and is direct ratio with content of coal 。 In short , effect of degradation on PE is Tongchuan coal>Huayingshan coal>Shenfu coal。 5.0%wt Tongchuan coal is better for effect of degradation。 Mechanical performance of coal/PE blends is decreased slowly with prolongation of time,and molecular weight all along declines during 5 terms。Carbonyl index and thermal performance are enhanced earlier,afterward to reduce。Carbonyl index is up to max in 72~96 hours。XUS sensitizer strengthens control of degradation and decreaces mechanical performance of polymer。XUS can cooperate with coal to degrade PE,and that effect of degradation is better than coal。More is addition of XUS in polymer,and worse is thermal stability after degradation。XUS can tranquilize inborn free radicel in experiment of natural insolation and field earthing,and adjust the concentration of free radicel。XUS continues reaction of degradation and crosslinking。In films of 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%wt.XUS ,Degradable effect of 0.2% content is better。Temperature rise accelerates to lower Mechanical performance and molecular weight of polymer。More higher in temperature is more obvious in degressive trend。Temperature is helpful to form carbonyl and to step up thermal performance。 Photosensitization and photocatalysis of macromolecule structure of coal lead an important pole of photodegradable mechanism in PE。 In terms of the connection of carbonyl index and degradable time,the kinetic equation is found by method of steady-state hypothesis during degradation of polymer,which is three cubed equations of linearity regress。...
