Study On Application Of Natural Resource Complex Chemistry

Centella asiatica have many kinds of pharmacological effect such as detoxifcation and detumescenceto speed wound concrescence, to promote biosynthesis, anti gastric ulcer and so on. The chemical composition of Centella asiatica includes asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and madasiatic acid etc, and asiaticoside is the main active composition of it. There have lots of research on traditional purification method of asiaticoside at present. But few research on purification asiaticoside by Complex Separation has been presented.The work study the mutual action of asiaticoside and metal ions such as Fe, Cu, Co, Ni, Zn through conductometric titration and spectrophotometry methods, dwell on the characters and rules of the complex, calculate the complex ratio and the cosnstant stability of the complex, verify the complex effect of asiaticoside and the selected mental ions from the way of lamella chromatography. The experiments indicate that the asiaticoside and impurity have been well separated. Based on the properties of asiaticoside and the impurity, this paper explores the effect of CD and cellulose in asiaticoside separation.Based on the forenamed work, contrast experiment is designed for asiaticoside purification by preparing complexed silica gel with Cu and CD. Compared with the traditional silca gel, complex silca gel increases the purity and recepty raito of the separation, and complexed silica gel with silica gel combined CD have better separation effect than complexed silica gel with mental ions.
