This thesis summarized the development and characteristic of numeric control technique and its main application fields. Here it discussed the principle of numeric control contracting pipe machine, the process of solid metal material's plastic deformation procession and the steps to raise the plasticity of material. It interpreted the constituent of feed and servo system. It also researched the plan for the mechanical drive, it included: servo motor, master screw's determination, the assembly plan's design, the component parts' design, etc on. In this paper we also interpreted the interpolation technique and the detailed algorithm—Compare Point by Point, which is important in the numeric machining procession, what's more, we also research several key process technology such as pre-process feed velocity and control it. It advanced an automatic speed-up and speed-down technology, which can guarantee the procession and stability of workpiece process. In the end, it prospected the future trend of numeric control contracting pipe machine.
