Research On Online Monitoring Information Integration On The Basis Of The Probes Of The Machining Center

The manufacturing company has been adopting the machining center with probes, however it is difficult to work out the inspecting program and the information of controlling and inspecting online can't be integrated with information of CAD/CAM system. So, this paper proposes the research on online monitoring information integration on the basis of the machining center with probes. The focus point of the research is the method of the information integration between CAD/CAM system and Computer Aided Inspecting Planning (CAIP) system. CAIP system has been developed by use of object-oriented technology under the circumstance of the information integration, in order to implement visual programming of inspecting and integrating information between CAD/CAM system and CAP system.The contents of study are as follow:1. This paper proposed the research on online monitoring information integration on the basis of the machining center with probes after analyzing and studying the information integration between online inspecting system and CAD/CAM system at home and abroad.2. This paper analyzed the integrated method and the function module of CAD/CAM system, studied on the principle model of CAD/CAM/CAIP integrated system, and structured the function module of the integrated system. Under the integrated systematic environment, the overall plan of design of object-oriented CAIP system is studied.3. A deep research has been done on the function module and the designing procedure of the object-oriented CAIP system. The study has been carried on that the detailed design, the code and design of database of inspecting necessary resources to the system supported by Visual C ++6.0 platform and Access database by use of feature mapping according to feature theory.4. The integrated method between CAIP system and CAD/CAM system has been studied. The development of CAD/CAM/CAIP integrated system has been done by use of ARX and MCAD API tool to realize visual programming and the integrated information of processing, measuring, controlling etc.5. The integrated information system developed in this paper is tested according to the object-oriented software testing theory.
