In this paper, three different distributors that are used to distribute solid particles have been designed in gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed heat exchanger, in order to enhance heat transfer, prevent and remove foulings. The law about distribution and movement of particles has been obtained by using the CCD image collected and analyzed system in this experiment. The influence of the patterns of distributors and operational parameters on the performance of particle distribution has been studied. Experimental data has been visualized by using Matlab language and Origin software. Experimental results show that the pattern and the fixed height of distributor, liquid flux, gas flux, average solid holdup in circulating system and the particle diameters all have effect on the performance of particle distribution. When the distributor has been fixed, the uneven degree of solid velocity and solid holdup in the tubes decrease with the increasing of liquid flux and gas flux. The uneven-pores distributor with better performance of particle distribution has been obtained in gas-liquid-solid circulating bed heat exchanger. The uneven degree of the solid holdup also decreases in large degree with the increasing of pores rate. The more feasible fixed height and operational parameters have been obtained too. In the last, the correlations between the uneven degree of particle distribution and the structural parameters of distributor and operational parameters have been induced by setting up linearity regression model, which can be applied to engineering.
